o why is this year's compilation titled 'Dangerously in love 3' instead of 2? The answer recognises the fact that Miss Knowles re-recorded the DC3 track 'Dangerously in love' for her debut album and called it 'Dangerously in love 2.' Therefore, number two was already taken. We settle for number 3. So, got that? Good.

Regarding the artwork, this survey is the last year where we placed an asterisk next to the name of a track that managed to reach the number one spot on the official UK chart. The artwork also reflects our recent relocation from Seattle to Chicago. SOM's Big John proudly stands tall over Lake Michigan. Have we mentioned how expensive colour printer ink is? We used an insane amount of cyan for the CD inserts.
