This website was completed for IDS 110: Introduction to Computers. It encompasses what we have learned throughout the semester from HTML and Javascript to the effects of computer technology on our society today.

In the project, I choose to investigate the growing market of online shopping. It has become a more prevalent tool among society. I was interested in finding out the reasons as to why my encounters with online shopping increased as I learned of its convenience. However, I also noticed my reluctance to shop online, because of its disadvantages. Through the project, I hoped to research and offer solutions to enhance online shopping so that it benefits society. Furthermore, I narrowed down my topic to the how companies have to change their business model to better secure an online market.
