This site is about Okinawa Karate-do, specifically my practice of Isshinryu. It will cover the fundamentals/Principles of this martial system from my personal perspective or my personal interpretive lens, etc. and is not to be mistaken for the Isshinryu system taught and practiced by others. This site will not publish or promote specifics about any one thing but generalizations that will be a bit "different" than you may have previously encountered.

This site will not have explanations of technique or performance of kata or how to kumite, etc. but it will provide insight as to the more "out of the box" views that I have attained in my practice and training.
