SUPERB PRODUCTIONS, the Student Union Program, Entertainment, and Recreation Board, is a student-run, non-profit branch of the Associated Students of the University of California (ASUC) at the University of California, Berkeley, dedicated to providing entertainment for the campus and community.
Our programming includes the Friday Film Series, free Noon Concerts on Lower Sproul Plaza, Comedy Competitions, Poker Tournaments, free Sneak Previews of upcoming movies, and more. All events offer discounts for UCB students and are wheelchair acccessible.
ASUC SUPERB seeks to not only provide quality entertainment to the UC Berkeley student body and surrounding community, but also to ensure that such entertainment -- be it movies, bands, or comedians -- is suitable for all audiences. However, given the wide diversity exhibited from Berkeley students and residents, SUPERB understands that some may still find the content it sponsors offensive.
