There is a plethora of websites designed to help teachers for their every need. We too have our external links to other teacher websites, few tips on fundraising, and a very comprehensive list of grants and how to write them.

So what makes this different?

This site is aimed primarily as a way for teachers and educators in the East Bay to build a sense of community, not just inside your school but outside of it as well. Through our Forums section, we hope that this will be a space for you to make contacts, learn what other teachers are up to, rant to each other, and generally, help each other out to be the role model, inspiration, motivation, and passion (a.k.a teacher) that our communities and especially, youth, need.
