I am the organizer of the Mathematial, Analytical and Experimental Sociology graduate student working group (MAXsoc), which is now entering its sixth year. We meet every week to discuss, critique and create work involving social networks, cognition, experiments, agent-based-modelling, and other topics that fall under the broad "analytical sociology" umbrella.
