Going Sailing and Neruton Video Editting
Sunday, September 2nd, 2001

The Cal Sailing Club has open house for one day of the month where anyone can just hitch a ride around the east bay coast. Saori was thinking about doing a sailing event for Tomonokai so she wanted to first see how such a ride would be like. I thought it would be fun so I tagged along. Yu overslept so we had to wait a while for her to arrive. Meanwhile I explored the place and also took a comfortable nap. When she arrived we all put on life jackets and then went out to a 7 person boat. A Cal Sailing Club staff member got us started and we all took turns navigating the boat. Also on board were 2 identical sisters and their aunt! The ride lasted about 45 minutes and it was fun!

Saori & I went to Toshi's apartment in San Francisco because we needed to edit the Neruton video. Toshi's apartment is actually quite interesting. The first things I noticed that everything in his bathroom, including the towels, toilet paper, styling products, posters, etc... were all blue or white. His living room, on the other hand, had lots of colors of red, brown, orange! He also made quite a lot of his furniture including a tiled kitchen table, a brick bookshelf, and a bed frame with bed compartments! It seem the most time consuming part of editting the Neruton video was putting music into it, and Toshi had so many CDs!
