WE is an open space for everyone, male and female, to discuss and discover solutions to some of the leading problems in our culture and society with respect to interpersonal relationships, self-image, self-confidence, self-worth, and verbal/physical/and sexual abuse.

Often times, we wrongfully compete with one other rather than empower one another. WE was founded on this idea – that women and men can and should empower one another in order to optimize communication, cohesion, and friendship. Granted that many of us – men and women- did not have sufficient influence growing up to teach us to welcome deviations from gender norms and stereotypes that pressure us to be but not to blossom, we want to spread awareness now.

We created WE to ignite self-confidence, self-worth, and to demonstrate that we as a group believe in women as equally as men and desire to improve communication between the sexes. We believe that such is the definition of unity and strength, and we invite you to join us.
