I was looking for some dreams
kudaranai yuuetsukan tada sore dake no tame dake ni hashitte kita no ka
daremo ga ryoute ippai no jigenbakudan kakaete
mogaite'ru no wo mite'tara TAIMULIMITTO wa sakerarenai [1]
I was looking for some dreams
My unbending superiority complex
Is that the only reason I came running this far?
Everyone seems to have their arms full
Of ticking time bombs,
When I see how impatient they are,
I can't help but start rushing around myself. [1]
onegai kanashimanaide
tatoeba DORAMA dattara koko de
RIBAASU na CHANSU youi sarete'ru togisumashite
Please, don't be sad
Say this is a TV drama, right here
Then get ready
'Cause a chance at reversal is coming
"dokomade yukeba ii n'darou"
"doko he yukeba ii n'darou"
imasara anzen na michi nante nai [2]
torihada ga tatsu hodo no MUSHABURUI suru hodo no
thrilling na toki ga machikamaete'ru [3]
dochira ka hitotsu tachikireba ii
ikinokori wo kaketa CLIMAX-red or blue-
"How far should I go?"
"Where should I go?"
There's no safe way out now [2]
A thrilling moment is lying in wait [3]
Which way should I block off?
I'm betting for my survival in this
CLIMAX -red or blue-
What do I want from anybody?
moratte bakari ja
kawaita toko wa itsumade mo uruosenai no ka [4],[5]
soko nashi no GO-TSUGOUSHUGI ni ashi wo torarete hajimete
jibun no chikara no nasa wo nageita tte mou shou ga nai
What do I want from anybody?
Everything I've gotten is dried up [4]
Will I never reap anything good from them? [5]
I'm beginning to get slowed down
By those infinite rules that go along with my circumstances
Crying over my own lack of strength
There's nothing that can be done
onegai akiramenaide
tatoeba GEEMU dattara koko de
MIRAKURU na CHANSU youi sarete iru guuzen demo
Please, don't give up
Say this is a game, right here
Though it's unexpected
A chance at a miracle is coming

"kitai douri no jinsei" mo gamushara nara sore wa sore de ii

ikinokori wo kaketa CLIMAX-win or lose-
Whether it's "Mankind wrought with expectation",
Or "Mankind fulfilling expectation",
Even if people are reckless, it's okay by me
I'm whoopin' and cheerin', I'm crying for joy
An emotional moment is lying in wait
Wanting to be loved by the goddess of victory
I'm betting for my survival in this
CLIMAX-win or lose-
yaru dake yareba ii n'ja nai?

SUUTSU yabureru hodo no HIIRU mo oreru hodo no

Noah's ark wa kitto kono te de ikinokori wo kaketa CLIMAX
Isn't it enough to do your best?
On occasion, putting your life into something is good, too
I'm not trying to be clever, but
Business suits wearing down, high heels are breaking
An uber-risky moment is lying in wait
Noah's ark is, without a doubt, the climax
In which I bet my survival.
Translator's Notes :
[1] This line more literally translates as "I can't help but get pulled into their time limit" (ie, the deadlines and schedules that make them impatient).
[2] The reading "michi" (way, path) is given the kanji "nigemichi" (way out, escape route).
[3] The reading "toki" (time) is given the kanji "shunkan" (a moment, an instant).
[4] The reading "toko" (possessions) is given the kanji "bubun" (portion, part).
[5] The verb "uruosu" means "to benefit (from)", but it can also mean "to moisten" or "to make wet." The word "kawaita" (dried) here conversely implies that the possessions are "barren" or "useless".
