About Me:

I am a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, with a Dual Master’s Degree in Transportation Engineering and City and Regional Planning. I have always been interested in transportation and its power to shape lives. I grew up in a suburban town where there was nothing but houses for miles around. If I wanted to visit the library, go shopping, or see a movie, I was entirely dependent on obtaining a ride from my parents. I often felt trapped in my home and wished I lived in a city where everything would be easily accessed by foot or transit. As a transportation planner and engineer, I want to create accessible, diverse communities that are walkable and transit-friendly where no one feels isolated or trapped.

I am a firm believer in the power of planning to transform lives.
