The goal of student committees is to promote student engagement on pressing issues that are related to One Health through education, outreach and discussion.
Student committees are typically expected to facilitate one general meeting per semester by leading a discussion, debate, lecture or activity on a topic of choice from a specific committee.
Teams of 4-5 students may collaborate across committees to develop innovative approaches to environmental conservation, human health, public health and compete in the Big Ideas Grant Competition (Blum Center for Developing Economies) as well as the UC Berkeley Global Health Showcase.
