Competed at the 1993 Olympic Festival in San Antonio and placed 3rd on Floor Exercise.Senior Division for USA: Fourth at Winter Nationals - division 18 and under seventh at Summer Nationals - division team 2000. Personal Information: David is a third year student, majoring in Integrative Biology. Along with Steven George, David was voted team captain by his teammates in 1994 and, again recieved the same honor for the '96 season. David's consistency and cleanliness in competition will make him one of the key performers for the Bears in 1996. Watch for David to be a potential All-American on the High Bar.
Integrative Biology has always been a interest for Dave, especially when it comes to the human body. Before Davids decision to come to Cal Berkeley, he received many academic rewards such as being an academic all-american athlete as a junior gymnast and being part of the National Honors Society at his high school in Florida where he maintained a 4.3 GPA. David's parents, Larry and Susan, along with his sister Kristie all lived in Cocoa Beach Florida, but recently moved to Southern California.
