Installing Flashing
1. I applied Henery 108 compond on the bottom of the wall where the OSB meets the concrete. I made sure I had at least one inch of both surfices covered.
2. I installed a 1 1/2" piece of angle flashing on the bottom seam and used screws to attached the angle piece to the OSB, then pushed it into the 108 compond. This should resist water from getting into the wall through the bottom seam.
