yeah, here's a windows program that i released. don't ask me why i chose 'koala' as my pseudonym for this thing. i originally made http://www.dreamwater.net/tech/koala/ its official website, but dreamwater.net has shown to be too much of a hassle to use so i'm not gonna bother making sure that site stays up. not like anybody downloads this program anyway.
