Global China Connection

Global China Connection (GCC–全球中国联接) is the world’s largest International-China student organization. GCC has developed chapters at top universities in the United States, Canada, England and China all working to promote cultural awareness and understanding, develop friendship and language exchange, as well as participate in philanthropic projects and community engagement; though most importantly, to develop a network of the top international talent of the 21st century.

GCC is currently partnering with other networks and organizations including PKU’s Student International Communication Association, US-China Exchange Association, Givology, China Institute, Weatherhead East Asian Institute, Peking Globalist, and many others, in an attempt to bring together the various resources and opportunities available to Chinese and Western students, in order to promote the common goals of sustainable development, social entrepreneurship, and international communication.

GCC at Berkeley

As a new chapter here at Cal, we are looking for a group of distinguished and capable students who are passionate about international affairs and business communications.

Each participant has the opportunity to improve leadership and management skills, gain technical and industry experience, and expand social and business networking.

GCC, UC Berkeley Chapter plans to host events (including panels, conferences, and cocktails), stage delegations (inter-collegiate, both to and from China), and run various programs (internship and charity initiatives).
