Spring and Summer in California

There's just way too much cool stuff to do in California to be a good grad student. I failed my first class ever spring semester, and this page pretty much explains why. Not all this was during the school year, but still. I snowshoed, I drove the 1 up the coast, I drove the 50 across Nevada, I ran ultramarathons, I hiked, I went cliff jumping, and I bagged a bunch of peaks. Then I went trekking in the Peruvian Andes for three weeks.
