A Brief Summary on Glantri

Prince Etienne is head of the School of Magic

There are seven secret magic schools:
. alchemy
. witchcraft (women only) - dealing with curses
. dracology - dragons and controlling them
. elementalism
. illusion
. necromancy
. crytomancy - masters of runes

The major noble houses in Glantri:
. House of Cromguard (Scots) - Prince Brannet McGregor
. House of Igorov - Prince Morphail
. House of Linten - Prince Vanserie Vlaardoen XI. His daughter is the most
    eligible lady in Glantri, her red hair, freckles and pale skin do bring
    a smile to men's lips. Pity her ears are not pointy.
. House of Ritterburg - Prince Jaggar Von Drachenfels, Warden of the Marches,
    the head of the army
. House of Silverton - Prince Volospin Aendyr. They were Alphatian 
    colonists, unfortunately this province was hit by the rock.
. House of Singhabad - Prince Jherek Virayana. He has three wives and is 
    Ethengarian. He's also the supreme judge.
. House of Sirecchia - Prince Innocenti the psychotically insane and best
    be avoided, what with a rock having obliterated his province. Nice guy.
. House of Sylaire - Prince Etienne. Recently vanished. 
. House of Athambra - Princess Carnelia. Bunch of idiotic hot head Belcadiz 
    Elves. I like elves, but these guys are asking for it. They have a nice 
    fashion sense, but challenging Prince Etienne to a duel, or anyone else, 
    seems unwise.
. House of Ellerovyn - Princess Carlotina. Rather nice tree loving Belcadiz
    Elves. The Princess was Chamberlain before the war, and was dismissed 
    during the war. I quite like them. Should get to know them better. These 
    Elves are enemies of the House of Athambra Elves.

Apparently there's a group of lycanthropes in Glantri wanting to become a
noble house or something. Well, I suspect I'd prefer them than vampires.
Perhaps vampirism and lycanthropy were Alphax's curse on the Glantrians?
