Conclusions

The Day of No Magic suggests places where magic is very important and the corresponding deities will be opposed to the Brotherhood of the Radiance. Alphatia may be opposed to the Brotherhood of the Radiance - this makes sense especially if you consider Alphatia and Glantri's opposition.

The purpose of the Brotherhood of the Radiance may be to bring light to everywhere. The aims of the two opposed sides may be to bring light and to bring darkness - this has strong parallels with the idea of balance between life and darkness which the faerie mentioned.

Hel could be a member of the Brotherhood, but this seems unlikely if the aim is to bring light to all of Mystara, as Niflheim was mostly pitch dark.

The priest of Nyx was later killed by a Night Giant. It seems Hel was torturing the priest to determine what the priest knew. This suggests Hel is a member of the Brotherhood of the Radiance (the priest knew nothing about the other side) or opposed to them. It's doubtful Hel wouldn't have known about the Brotherhood of the Radiance, so more likely that Hel was trying to find out who the priest found out from or what the priest (and hence Nyx) new.

Alphatian gods (mainly Alphatia) is winning mortal war on Mystara. Other deities will need to nail Alphatia soon to have any hope on Mystara, think large rocks from the sky.

Demons and angels are immortal, by gaining domains they gain power. Some demons are capable of plane travel at will.

You can probably gain a ghastly immortality by avoiding having your name written in the Dead Book

Soul crystals seem to be a way to avoid the normal distribution of souls, hence possibly why many other deities dislike Rafiel. Rad may do something similar, considering no other religions are allowed in Glantri.

There was a terrible holocaust long ago which drove the Shadow Elves underground. This was probably the previous god war in which the faerie did not take sides. A new order was established after this god war ... my guess is that Alphatia was a part of this new order, and Alphatia and others in this new order (which is now old) ensure the rules are followed. Alphatia may have interposed for us against Alphaks to ensure the rules were followed and for the benefit of the Alphatian nation, rather than for our benefit. Interestingly, Alphatia said after time reversed: "Now don't do it again." - the question is was she saying that to us or Alphaks? After we killed the avatar of Alphaks we were not in direct danger ... the undead appeared to be stuck to the ships. We may have benefited more by not having time reversed if we could have recovered the Falcon ... Alphatia may have undone what Alpaks did just to save the Alphatian Norwold navy and partly to prevent us from gaining power.

The Alphatians were followers of air, the Glantrians were followers of fire. Roundabout conclusion based on the Glantrians having used the sun as a tool and brought back some of that. We know one lot followed air and one lot followed fire.

I suspect Freya dislikes Rafiel because he has been breaking the rules on souls and is causing another god war

Thasmodean had lots of power a few centuries ago, and had a falling out with Nyx a few centuries ago as well. We know the Sundered Man was an ally of Thasmodean and Thasmodean was powerful partly due to the Sundered Man ... now either Nyx disagreed with this, or Nyx had originally been getting the Sundered Man to help her, and then Thasmodean won him over, hence they had a falling out.

Odin leads the Northern Reaches faction of deities: Freya (Athena), Frey, Forsetta, Thor, Sif, Loki, Nyx, Hel (and of course Odin!). Freya (Athena) is neutral. This would suggest so too are the other Northern Reaches deities, though my guess is Loki is doing what he can for himself as Bozdogand. Likely that Ssu-ma, Koryis and Noumena are also neutral. As Athena is neutral, it's likely that Morgan and Lighthaft will be too. Hel will almost definitely play a part even if she remains neutral on a certain level, simply because Hel holds so much sway with other deities and is powerful ...

My guess is that Loki is the Great Deceiver who will lead the giants in Ragnarok. We know that Loki is Bozdogand, and Bozdogan is the Deceiver.

As Ilsundal opposes the Brotherhood of the Radiance, it is likely that Ixion, Djaea, and Gaea do too (as Ilsundal is friendly with them). And if Ixion is on that side, so too will be Valerias, as Ixion is Valerias' lover. Rathanos is a friend of Ixion so may also help oppose.

Talitha may also be the Lady of the Noose.

The Night Giants were working for Alphaks, as the piece from the Falun Caverns is now on the Black Isle. Why didn't they attack us?
