밤/오전 133a; 수요일: the beautiful kaela hwang told me 2nite that her parents n' bro jay r coming to visit us fri nite thru sat nite. we also recently committed to flying down to be w/'em over christmas - 12월24일~27일. listen, i'm very happy they're coming, but i just lost my 1 chance to snowboard this month (11월 nov)! i'm even tossin' 'round in my head the idea'f skippin' out on black fri. :-o rapidly, i'm trans4ming from a snowboarder that took up skateboarding to tie myself over summer into a skateboarder that used to snowboard!!! :-/
[later] 점심: shoot, i pushed some wrong buttons n' accidentally deleted a big passage rt here. *sigh*
neway, this morn, i was happy to hit up the sunnyvale skate park even tho' i woke up late n' had to sacrific sooni's morn walk. poor thing! :-( neway, i had a decent time in the sunnyvale skate park, but i did aktually fall kind'f hard on my lower back. u c, i had just botched a backside 50.50 axle stall. i was gonna bail, step off my board, n' run down the transition. however, my board rolled down the transition n' i accidentally stepped on my board on my way down. that sent me falling backwards... kind'f like what typically happens when homer simpson

, slips, n' goes flyin' backwards. u know? i fell backwards on my lower back... my arms cmed to go back to kind'f brk the fall in a hapkido style. i was glad to have my helmet on n' elbow pads. i hope i did tuck my head in, but i dunno. *sigh* neway, i kept skating. i was ok; but now my back feels a li'l stiff.
also, last nite, i fell on my rt knee kind'f hard in taekwondo. i wasn't very warmed up, but i had to kick long roundhouse kicks. that means reaching far 4ward 4 the kick. i slipped on a long left roundhouse kick. i did a bit'f a sidefall, which i'm used to doing in cases like these. however, somehow my knee got all tangled up n' stuck, so i ended up fall on my rt kneecap instead'f on the rt side'f my body. *sigh* i walked it off n' continued after a while.
i'm s'pposed to have a regularly skeduled apptmnt w/ kaela @ her clinic soon.
[later] 오후: wow! what a cloudy day in the silly valley (in da 408). i went to my apptmnt. then kaela n' i went to the prolific oven @ the rivermark. i ordered a roast beef sandwich - the viande panini, n' kaela ordered chipotle chicken pasta. the fud took a while to come out but tasted pretty good. the cantonese 아줌마 ajoomma managing the restaurant looked just like 1'f the moms from wayne wong's the joy luck club movie. i think that mom's daughter's named june, but i 4get. it's waverly's aunt lindo. i think the daughter's played by tamlyn tomita, who broke pubescent boys' hearts in the 1980's as daniel san's japanese gf kumiko in the karate kid, part ii. [later] while eatin', i noticea many young guys skateboarding by on this day off from skool. as i walked back to my car (like a boardless schmuck), i saw that these kids had brought over a "grind rail" n' put it on the sidewalk behind curves gym n' fantasia boba café.
i need to "bust" outta werk on time 2day to clean up the house cos annie n' abel (pastor abel n' annie 사모님 samonim) r coming o'er 4 dinner, along w/ abel's 17.yr ol', li'l bro matthew, who's visiting during his t.giving brk from hi skool. also, i've gotta clean cos kaela's family's visiting. ah, i'm lookin' 4ward to this short respite even tho' i might not prob'ly won't get to snowboard. *sigh* this makes it even more imperative that i book that hotel rm 4 the dec 18~20 timeframe. i dunno, tho', if kaela'd prefer to go 18~20 or else 19~21. she sed she wants to wait until the clinic's closed b4 leavin'. honestly, in all frankness n' candidness, i've been feelin' a li'l burnt out n' discouraged. it's been a very bizzy autumn, no doubt.
