roland's b.day

±Ý¿äÀÏ ¾Æħ: happy b.day, roland.   this morn, i woke up early but not as early as i wanted to.   i went to the sunnyvale skate park n' rode as i did yesterday.   i've been mostly aiming to keep prakticing dropping in on vert.   i still can't pump 'nuff to keep riding the 0.5 pipe, but i try.   i still can only carve well n' grind backside n' not frontside.   i've toldju: it's really weird cos i'm the opposite w/ a snowboard.   *sigh* i really need to learn to pump better.   @ the end'f my session 2day, i fell on a frontside carve n' landed a bit on my hip.   rt now, i've got a ziplock bag'f ice on it.   i'd like to skate 'gain 2morrow cos i guess i can't skate on sun cos i've gotta help set up kidzone @ church (grx), then we've got a lunch to go to n' then a b.day party.   crazy, huh?   dude, the next few days r gonna have lots'f "bad 4 me" fud!!!   it's awful!   bbq after bbq after bbq... meat, meat, meat.   i've gotta get lots'f exercise to werk off all the calories n' fat.   dude, think 'bout all the bad cholesterol! <:-o aaaaaaah!   oh well... <:-/   last nite, i saw myself in the mirror, n' i feel i look ok as far as physical fitness; but i dunno.   last nite, @ sparring praktice, i cm to have hyperextended my elbow.   otherwise, i should do some more like bench press kind'f lifting this wknd.   did i mention on mon how i had to do all those squats in the turbo kick box (tkb) class (@ the sunnyvale east arques 24 hour fitness)?   i think so.   so my legs were aktually sore 4 a few days.   that's unusual.
