yesterday, was the beautiful kaela hwang's n' my 35th wedding monthversary. after werk, we went to sach's turbo kick box (tkb) class @ the sunnyvale e arques 24 hour fitness. we both got really sweatty. after class, some gurl approached us n' asked if we did wushu. of course, we sed no but that we do taekwondo. apparently she did wushu @ cal while we were there; but, since i had no clue who she was, i guess she must've not been that much into it. i showered @ the gym; but kaela went home to shower. then we went out 4 dinner. we tried to find a place @ santana row to eat, but lo n' behold, most places close @ 900p or so on a mon nite. pizza antica was open but had no available tables 4 us outside. oh yah, we had sooni w/ us. u c, every restaurant was aktually bustling @ ~1000p but were just refusing to seat more ppl. that's pretty #@¢%ed up. kaela n' i both thought 'bout how korean restauarants, if u show up late, they'll still seat u cos, hey, it's just 'nother chance to do bizness! that makes perfekt sense. however, "amerikan" restaurants have set bizness hrs. dude, obviously, it's just bad amerikan werk ethics. dude, there's a chance 4 the restaurant to make $$$! however, werkers r lazy n' just wanna go home. skrew that! after finding no available seats, we headed back to santa clara n' ate dinner @ 고향 산천 gohyang sanchun. we @ 닭갈비 dalkgalbi. oh yah, i told kaela that i'd take her out 4 a proper monthversary dinner on wed nite, the summer solstice! [aterl] 2day, the sun s'pposedly rose @ 548a n'll set @ 832p, according to weather.com. 2morrow? weather.com gives the same sunrise n' sunset times. oh, ok. well, after 2morrow, days only get shorter till december 21. that's a bit depressing'f a thought! this morn, i noticed that the sun was up early. my alarm went off @ 510a, n' i saw that the sky was already brightening up. *sigh* life... in the summer b4 i started college, after i finished hi skool, i took a short trip to the uk (to scottland n' england). i saw that the sun set very late in scotland in the summer. that was pretty kewl. according to weather.com, the sun'll set @ 1003p in edinburgh, uk 2nite. s'pposedly the sun rose @ 426a there. however, it's raining 2day in edinburgh. was it the summer btwn 7th n' 8th grade when my dad took my sister n' me to alaska? i think so. in anchorage, ak; according to weather.com; the sun rose 2day @ 421a n'll set @ 1142p. 2morrow, the sun'll rise @ the same time n' then set @ 1143p. in fairbanks, ak, the sun rises @ 257a 2morrow n' sets @ 1248a. *sigh* i sure as heck don't travel much... not these days. heh, i was just in denver last month (4 werk).

last nite, after our turbo kick box (tkb) class, i told kaela that, after last sun, i thought i wouldn't hafta listen to wedding music (i.e. wedding reception musik) 4 a while but that sach played frank sinatra's "the way you look tonight" during our cooldown n' stretching. *sigh* well, seriously, now that this recent wedding came n' went, i can focus more on the musik that i personally like: korean 가요 gayo (kpop), ccm (contemporary christian music), tekno, eurosynthpop... @ recent weddings, i haven't gotten to play much tekno, mostly just hip hop. i've had to alter my mixing style cos'f that. w/ tekno, i used to use more beatmixing. now, i've gotta use more stutter effekts n' quick cuts. cos'f that, i've been pondering upgrading my cd turntables to 1s that can really scratch. via kaz, who's dad used to be the ceo'f denon, i have hookups on denon produkts. altho' i've liked pioneer 4 the past decade or so, maybe it's ok to switch to denon if i get the highest hi end stuff. *shrug* dns-1000? is that the hi end model; i 4get. ah, ok... dns1000 used to be the hi end model, but now it's dns3500... or "dn-s3500..." oh cr@p, no! they have the dn-s5000! neway, i wonder how much i can sell off my current pioneer cdj-5000ii setup 4 on craiglist. i really need to upgrade my mixer as well. rt now, it's an ol' gemini that ken n' nelson gave me 4 my b.day many yrs 'go... wow... 'bout a decade 'go. dude, i ought to get more back into djing. i should record 'nother mix album... maybe i ought to record 1 last mix album on my current pioneer setup n' then upgrade n' record yet 'nother album. that would be dope n/or tight.
오후: 오늘 점심때, 캐이라랑 청기와에서 먹었어요. 2day, during my lunchbrk, i met up w/ kaela @ 청기와 chunggiwa to eat. kaela had 얼무 물 냉면 yuhlmoo mool naengmyuhn, n' i had 비빔냉면 bibimnaengmyuhn. both dishes came off the lunch $pe¢ial menu, so each was $7.95. i guess, now that the weather has warmed up a bit, it's a good time to eat 냉면 naengmyuhn. wow, summer officially begins on wed. i s'ppose it's also time to have bbqs. man, we've gotta clean up our house. i need to clean up our 'puter room so that i can store my dj equipment. i need to put it 'way. so... kaela's laptop has been broken 4 the past month or so. the lcd screen's backlite stopped werking after she dropped it. i guess the best idea @ this pt is aktually to buy a new laptop n' sell her old 1 off on craigslist. i'm sure lots'f elektrical engrs'd be willing to solder back a wire or 2 in order to get a ¢heap laptop, rt?
u know, last thurs, our taekwondo friend matt was s'pposed to eat that in.n.out 10×10 burger w/ us as his witnesses. however, he didn't go thru w/ it; rather, he was a no show that nite! instead a few'f us went to eat dinner @ the lokal pho hoa, where we ran into our friend julie.
[later] *sigh* man, imagine if i upgraded my pair'f cd turntables n' also upgraded my mixer... imagine if i got a pair'f denon dn-s5000s n' a denon mixer... dude... man, lately, it's as if i've been so into $pending $$$. it sounds like i want to buy all this dj stuff, n' i've also been into buying skateboarding stuff... luckily, i haven't gotten 2 many urges to buy snowboarding stuff... skateboarding gear's expen$ive but nto as expen$ive as snowboarding gear. taekwondo? i haven't been $pending $$$ on taekwondo stuff... altho' i've been trying to buy a new embroidered belt n' an extra pair'f 도복 dobok pants 4 the extra 도복 dobok top that 심 사범님 shim sabuhmnim gave me.
