금요일 아침: when the beautiful kaela hwang n' i 1st started going out, she told me to buy ups stock. that was 1'f the best stock pur¢ha$e$ i ever made... in fakt, prob'ly the best. i only wish i had bought more. *sigh* i should've poured my life $avings into ups stock @ the time.
last nite, after werk, i swung by home, unsuccessfully tried to wake up kaela, picked up sooni, n' went to taekwondo sparring praktice. it was fun, even tho' i got decently clobbered. i wish i could be a better sparrer. i used to be. i'm pretty excited 'bout taekwondo these days. i'm excited 'bout the adult beginners class that mark n' i'll be teaching this summer. u know, i need to make a new mix cd or a couple'f'em or several'f'em... 4 use in our classes. dude, i need to do that soon. dude, i need to get my 'puter setup 'gain to record mixes!
neway, last nite, after praktice, we ate all.u.can.eat 차돌백이 chadolbaegi @ 청기와 chunggiwa. the lady (아줌마 아니면 누나??? ajoomma or else noona? cos she must not be that much older than me) was really escited to c sooni, n' she started talking to me in korea, saying that sooni's gotten fatter... i felt bad that i didn't understand her. u c, i feel really bad n' maybe discouraged or sumpthin' when i can't communicate well in korean. i answered in korean after she asked 'gain in english. i try not to give up, as u c. [later, 오후] after stuffing ourselves totally silly, we hung out @ the restaurant n' chatted. we stayed till the restaurant closed n' then moved the conversation outside. when we finally left, ~1115p, kaela n' i had to swing by mark n' grace's to pick up some things that she left in their car cos they picked her up from home, while i was getting dressed after praktice.
2day was our office's cinco de mayo party. i had a decent 'mount'f fatt'ning mexicano fud. during a game'f lotteria, i won a $25 bed bath & beyond gift card! woohoo! i picked my lotteria card cos it had a pic'f a canteloupe melon on it, n' that was the square that won me the $25. awesome. i was aktually the 2nd winner n' got the 2nd pick'f prizes. the 1st winner picked the $25 best buy gift card. aktually, if i had won 1st, i'd still've picked the bed bath & beyond gift card. i'm such a frickin' homemaker. later, i bit into a cold quesadilla, n' a whole bunch'f liquid fat squirted out into my mouth. eeeeewwww!
oh yah, this morn, i woke up early w/ a slight stomach ache from all the 차돌백이 chadolbaegi that i ate last nite. i ended up going to the arques 24 hr fitness, lifting a li'l, n' then taking the 600a turbo kick box (tkb) class. wow, this was the least intensive turbo kick box class i've been to yet. it was, of course, still fun. i really like waking up early 4 these classes cos it reminds me'f the 1 wk i spent @ 용인 대학교 yong.in daehakkyo... 'cept the martial arts training there was much more intense, of course. it's only similar cos there n' in this case, i had to wake up early to exercise. i like it.
i wonder why my sparring's so bad these days. i know my footwerk needs werk. what else? i feel slow, but i think there's more to it than that.
