2004.05.24

the genius of love

월요일 아침 / mon morn: after a kwik google, i realised that the tom tom club track's title's of course "the genius of love." how could i've 4gotten?! "whatchu gonna do when u get out'f jail? i'm gonna have some fun. what do u consider fun? fun, natural fun." are those the lyrics, or have i misheard sumpthin' here. back in the boomin' late 90s 1'f the sf indie newspapers (either sf weekly or sf bay area guardian) had an article 'bout misheard song lyrics, in which they used a term 4 misheard song lyrics. i 4get what it was. i'm sure i could google it up. hey, have u yet established a "googlealert" 4 ur name? like, i've set up a googlealert, so i get e.mailed each time a new mention'f "beno hwang" comes up on the web, u know? u could either say i'm paranoid or vain/egotistical. hrm, un4tunately it's the latter, but i'm glad it's not the 4mer. i don't wanna be a paranoid person: i don't wanna be a person w/ 2 much to hide (be naked n' be free). so what am i gonna do when i get out'f "quote unquote jail"? i wanna wash my car. someday, i wanna wash sooni 'gain, but that'll prob'ly be later as dawna from happy tails on her website suggest that dog owners wash their doggies just 1nce every 4 months). i gotta put up those address numbers, which r really beautiful; wait till u c them. i gotta do yardwerk. i gotta do other housechores. luckily, our house aktually isn't a totally disasterzone right now. i dunno; it helps that we've had guests now n' then these past few wks. it's good that kaela has the women's bible study meet @ our house now n' then cos it makes us clean up; i like that. of course, sooni leaves lots'f fur here n' there; but that makes us vacuum more, n' vacuuming more's good... 'cept 4 the waste'f elektricity; but it's worth it; cleanliness is a worthwhile cause! household cleanliness is a worthy cause. well... the 1 thing i gotta do when i get out'f "quote unquote jail" is to get some exercise!!! grrr! grrr! grrrrrrrr!!!!! u know, there'f this hip, new, trendy vacuum cleaner out, well marketed to us neo.yuppies: <iframe marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" width="120" height="150" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?o=1&l=as1&f=ifr&t=benospage-20&dev-t=D68HUNXKLHS4J&p=6&asins=B000079R7G&bg1=ffffff&fc1=000000&lc1=6633ff<1=_blank"> to borrow an ol' phrase from the 1990s, "it's hecka expen$ive!" however, i'm curious if it'll pick up sooni hair more efficiently than our current euro.pro bagless stick shark w/ hepa filter.
