월요일 아침: 어제가 어머니의 날였어요. 우리의/저의 가족이 우리잡에 방문하셨어요. 하고 저희들이 저녁식을 만들였어요. 매운닭구이와 잡채와 두부전... oh yah, yesterday, in my entry, i mentioned that we visited the rivermark blockbuster on fri nite, but i neglekted to mention what movies/dvds we rented! the gurl with a pearl earring n' 튜브/tube... the gurl with a pearl earring was a beautifully shot movie w/ very artistic sets. however, i gotta say that i was rather disappointed w/ the lack'f plot. :-( to me, it's cms like some1 liked the painting n' heard that there was a story behind it, but didn't really know the story behind it... it cms like no1 really knows the story behind it. instead'f trying to make up a story behind it, it cms like the filmmaker decided instead to make a movie based on only what fakts he/she knew 4 sure. it cms like not much happened in the movie, u know? neway, it was beautiful. oh, but i wish it wasn't in english. as always, i prefer the authentic language w/ subtitles. 'member: that's what really impressed me 'bout the passion of the christ. really, i didn't go 'round saying the passion of the christ was a good movie just cos i'm some kind'f #%!@&in' relgious fanatik, etc.
[later] last wk was our "italian wk," as i sed; but, on sat nite, we couldn't resist quitting that trend n' hitting up 명동순두부집 myuhngdong soondubujip 4 some long awaited, good korean fud. i had 곱장 순두부 gobjang soondubu, n' the beautiful kaela hwang had 버섯 순두부 buhsuht soondubu. afterwards, we quickly shopped 4 groceries @ 갈러리아 마켓 galleria market. we walked sooni. we fell asleep b4 midnite. amazing, huh?
[later] last nite, we watched the 튜브/tube dvd. imho, 'twas the best aktion film i'd cn in a while! [later] (afternoon) i don't just mean the best korean aktion movie. it's not necessarily the best ever, but recent aktion films haven't been all that great, n' 튜브/tube's much better.
