Learn more about our pilot study in Alameda county
We collaborated with Alameda County Behavioral Health Services for 5+ years to develop and disseminate sleep therapy for clients managing complex trauma, mental illnesses and substance use. We utilized a stakeholder informed approach to further develop and refine sleep treatment.
Various clinics and programs throughout Alameda County were invited to participate and to connect their communities with these sleep health services.
