Surely you know the joke question "Is that a gun/banana/flashlight in your pocket, or are you just happy/excited/pleased to see me?" ::)
I hadn't expected to stumble across the correct answer with this horribly flawed reasoning.

Well, it occurred to me; but it also occurred to me that, you're not THAT shallow. You broke my heart, Towredo! Only kidding. Yes. That WAS silly of me. There can be only one, explanation, not Highlander: my IQ fluctuates in a field of energy, just like nuclei and electrons. Oh well.

What do I look like? Gollum?! Get on it! The riddle is solved by towr, but in this instance: an explanation is lacking, for which the solution means absolutely "nothing".
