Before I answer, I'd need to know what HW is. Is getting the answer this way cheating?
Anyway, you got it a little bit wrong. It should read,

Bends out of shape
On the air,
Leans, rounds again,
Rises, shivering, heavy,
A planet revolving
Hollow and clear,
Mapped with
Rainbows, streaming,
Curled: seeming
A world too splendid
To snap, dribble,
And disappear.

Maybe I'll just suggest the answer:

Round like a planet, hollow and clear, light enough to rise in the air, sometimes covered with a rainbow of colors, suddenly it's gone, leaving just a dribble behind.

No, its round like a planet, but a whole lot smaller, and lighter than air.

ohhhh.....thanks so much!!!!!your the best I just got it...it's a bubble! it's round and it's has raindow things...it's lighter than and it's floating and disappears....I figure it out without the answer thanks so much~!!!!!(^_^)

But that doesn't really make sense, because a hot air balloon isn't clear and the snap dribble part doesn't go with it either. But how is a bubble heavy?

Mrs.Kang(our english teacher) explained that it is heavy I think as to when it goes up it sort of looks heavy or so.I mean it tries to keep it's balance.up and down it goes...you know when you blow on it and well it sort of looks like it's heavy but only to it's self...ohh I cannot really explain it however.I hope you understand what I mean.
