Hey i need to figure this one out please help whats green can go only straight and turn left and can say only 2 things

Best I can come up with is traffic arrows.

They are green, point forward and left (Ones that point right, though they exist, are rare), and only say "Go" when on and "Don't go" when not on.

I've seen traffic arrows that are green, red, or yellow, and ones that point right aren't particularly rare.

could it be a green "no right" sign? that way the person can only go forward or left and only sayd two things.
