If you have a 32 bit CPU, you should use 32 a bit OS (and no jokes about "Windows being a thirty-two bit extension and GUI shell to a sixteen bit patch to an eight bit operating system originally coded for a four bit microprocessor and sold by a two-bit company that can't stand one bit of competition.")

Best thing to try is just borrow a more powerfull powersupply from a friend, and try and see if you still have the same problem. If not, get yourself a better powersupply, if so, try borrowing another video card.

It might also very well be neither.
What game is it you're trying to run? Because I've had some old games that won't run under winXP (although I suppose they're a bit old, so chances are it wouldn't be one of those)

Im trying World of Warcraft and Battlefield 2, and its weird, I got into WoW andchanged all the settings and it ran at full setings for like 10 minutes, then I closed it and loaded BF2 and right when I did apply settings for BF2, and I turn ed up the resolution and all it crasshed, so I came back to WoW, and sometimes it will crash right when I load in, or it will rash like 10 minutes later, its really weird, Im ordering a powers upply on monday tho, my friends are too big of bastards to let me borrow their PS or video card
