Want:
Any very significant connection between the word "Cleveland" and the number 42.
The only thing I can suggest is converting everything to base 13 so that 9x6=42.

The word "Cleveland" describes my existance in that it is the city of my legal residence. The number "42" describes my existance since it is the answer to life, the universe, and everything.

Grover Cleveland was both the 22nd and 24th President. 24 is 42 backwards.
The 22nd letter of the alphabet is V. If you add up the positional value of the letters in Cleveland up to the letter V (3+12+5+22) you get 42.
Cleveland's latitude is about 41.5 degrees North, rounded up to 42.
42=6x7. 6+7=13, and there are 13 letters in Cleveland, Ohio.
It's on Lake Erie. The letters in Erie add up to 37; the letters in Ohio add up to 47; which average to 42.
It's in cuyahoga county: 14 letters times 3 (for the doubled letter C)=42.

That doesn't solve my immediate problem though, I need to prove that Cleveland Illinois is somehow related to the meaning of life, the universe and everything

I was wondering, Zoel, if you could enlighten me as to why you are trying to intwine the fortunes of Cleveland and 42? I must confess that anything quirky like this gets my interest - is this simply something to pass an afternoon, or are you somehow in thrall to shadowy figures, who are using you to map out their fiendish extrapolations?...

Actually, I'm trying to start a cult and Cleveland, Il is our most holy city. It's all very exciting and entertaining to do this sort of thing from time to time :)
