Tony is walking in the street and holding a doggy bag with a burger inside. He is suddenly attacked by Peter. It appears this is Tony’s end because angry Peter is stronger and he has no chance to defend himself. But then he manages to save himself with the burger. How? No unmentioned characters or items have a role in the riddle and Peter did not attack Tony because of hunger.
