Title: Smart: Presumed Innocent Post by alien2 on May 1st, 2014, 9:46pm A man with no mask on robbed a bank at gunpoint, holding the gun in his right hand. There was a female customer holding a small puppy. She dropped the dog when customers were instructed to put their hands up. The barking puppy was no threat to him, but he shot the pup right between the eyes. A moment before leaving the bank, the robber said: "My last order to you is to listen to heavy metal." According to witnesses who were describing the robber to the police, he's white, about 30 years old, balding, clean-shaven, cold-blooded and mean. One bank clerk said that he is the spitting image of her former classmate, although he wasn't going bald back then. She gave the police an exact address of her classmate, whom she didn't see for a few years. Detective Smart is in charge of the case. He arrives with the police at a house of above prime suspect. The front door is open and there's nobody home. The detective pokes around. He starts with the living room. An armchair and a television set are fronting each other, with the remote control lying on the left arm. He then checks out the bedroom, giving most of his attention to a damaged Frisbee in a closet, an empty glasses case on a nightstand and a dirty pillow on a bed. There is classical music when he turns on a radio in the kitchen. The only portable bathroom objects are toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, towel and toilet paper. Which are the six clues because of which the detective rightfully presumes that the suspect is innocent? |

Title: Re: Smart: Presumed Innocent Post by erica on May 2nd, 2014, 12:09am Out of 6, I could find 3 of the clues of innocence: 1. Remote control lying on the left arm. Means he was left handed while the bank robber was Right handed (gun). >>> Innocent 2. Classical music Vs. Heavy metal >>> Innocent 3. Bald vs. Comb >>> Innocent :) |

Title: Re: Smart: Presumed Innocent Post by towr on May 2nd, 2014, 6:17am The damaged frisbee might suggest playing with, and thus liking, dogs. A lack of razor might suggest the absent suspect is not clean-shaven. It's all pretty circumstantial though. And it might all be a setup. |

Title: Re: Smart: Presumed Innocent Post by gotit on May 2nd, 2014, 7:35am 5 out of 6 already cracked. Here is the 6th one: The glass case was empty suggesting he wore glasses. But none of the witnesses mentioned that. |
