A scientist creates a time machine. But little did he know what happens to the day when it becomes yesterday. The Langoliers are the timekeepers of eternity, and their purpose is to eat what is left of the past. He uses the time machine to travel to yesterday and he manages to escape the Langoliers in the nick of time. Still, his intelligent and curious relative witnessed the building of the Great Pyramids. But how? ???

The scientist was a dinosaur and his relative moved forwards in time.
