A man was found dead hanging by a rope. He was found approximately 30 feet above the floor in a room with only a single beam going between two of the walls. One side of the room was open to the outside. It was constructed in such a way that wouldn't allow rain to get onto the floor, yet there was a large puddle of water under him. How did he get up to the beam to hang himself and what was his occupation?

You may ask yes/no questions, but it can be answered cold.

Ahh I did a search for it, didn't come up with anything. I also googled keywords on google and added "wu" at the end of the tags. Also nothing came up. :-/
