Here's an old one...

Mark is visiting Ryan's house. This is the first time he has visited Ryan. Suddenly, he has to go to the restroom. He finds it without trouble and on his first try, even though there is nothing indicating which room is the restroom. How?

There are only 2 doors, one of them is the entry door where he came in.

smell, only two doors, and sign, would all be indications of which is the restroom.

note my answer of "he already knows" is meant to include possibilities such as "he lives in an identical apartment".

It's a house, not apartment, the door is closed and the bathroom clean, no sign,and Mark lives in the house alone. After all, there is nothing indicating which door is the restroom.

I believe this also depends on 'indication' even though the indication is obvious if you're already there.

It is the House of Glass.  All doors, walls, floors, ceilings are made of transparent glass.  This includes the toilet walls, the toilet bowl and the all the piping. :-X

Mark has a map. There is a treasure in Ryan's Toilet. The quest is on!!!

Just avoid the massive rolling boulder as you turn into the main hallway and don't eat the poison mushrooms in the kitchen.

Its one of those expensive 4-bedroom houses with a mortgage that would take a normal person their lifetime to pay off. All the doors are unmarked (he just moved in)and the doors are not see-through.

(I just realized that it happened to me.  A couple came to visit us in our house and they said they have been in the house before.  As it happens, they know the previous owner and visited them in this house before.)
