Bill is walking across the bridge as he sees someone walking in front of him. He calls out "Susan!!!" and she waves back. Then she sets herself on fire and stuggles around. She collapses off the side of the bridge, but she ends up dying anyways. However, after her body is recovered,  it is discovered that she died by head trauma. Why?

Not a highway but your getting there (to one of the answers the other is in the other direction)

Was the river of any significance or was it just any old river?

The river was frozen on the surface only, she fell through, hitting her head and then falling in the water <b>or</b> the river was really shallow and she hit her head on a ock at the bottom.

There was the bridge, wasn't there?  She bumped on the base of the pillars or midway on the lower deck or something.

Or the bridge was so high that she reached such a speed that she could get a head injury just hitting the water.

A fast moving motor boat hit her. Or she was wearing a fireproof jacket and only her head was burnt(that's still called head trauma, I guess). Or her head was bitten by a shark. Or she fell on an island in the river.

She was dead before she was on fire, so how did she struggle?

If you check the riddles wording (No play on words, don't worry) You'll see a hole, and that's how the murderer did it. He tried to make it look like suicide to stop a murder investigation. Turns out he wasn't very smart, leaving that blow to the head....

But how did she struggle?

I'm at the 300's but the manga is at the 600's... wonder if he'll evergrow back permanently.... It's pretty good but to but stuck like that for 12-13 years (assuming that 1 is released a week) means he would have grown back naturally anyways... :/

But don't spoil it for me

my favorite one is the moonlight sonata.... except for the crossdresser
