Title: Greek cross
Post by Iceman on May 3rd, 2008, 8:14am
You’re standing naked in a room with a big metal Greek cross inside it and a metal ball the size of baseball. The ball must be in the middle of the cross while you’re standing on both of the intersecting lines. Any ideas how to accomplish it?

A Greek cross as in the type they supposedly crucified Jesus on? What it upright? if so:
[hide]... Bend down and hold the ball there[/hide]
Hmmmm... I keep thinking of dirty possibilities...

That is Latin cross, if I'm not mistaken. The intersecting lines are of the same size in this riddle.

Not bad, but the cross must be in horizontal position, not slant.

All I can tell you is that the riddle isn't solved yet.

Btw, you might be disappointed with the answer. Don't say I didn't warn you.

still don't totally understand this riddle but....

[hide]Just put it there....

Stand on the intersecting lines and drop it, making sure that you line it up with the middle. While dropping, it will be withing the vicinity of the middle. at least for a litle bit.[/hide]

Yes, just stand on the cross and put it in the middle. Bad riddle.

Oh I no wonder I was a little confused. I was thinking about some icey twist like the cross being of fire or something...

Well, glad you like good riddles, particularly mine, but lately I sort of lost interest in writing new ones. I'm writing a fantasy script instead, and it takes a lot of my spare time. Nothing lasts forever, buddy.

Hopefully it will be sold. Even then you'll have to wait for quite some time.
