Title: Swimmer Post by Iceman on Sep 5th, 2007, 6:53am You are the world champion in swimming. Your coach is a bit eccentric and he likes riddles, so sometimes he tests your IQ in this way, even though it doesn't improve your swimming. But he is a good coach, so you tolerate his little riddling moments. He also likes lakes, so one day he asks you: 'How would you get from southern to northern side of a beautiful big lake, the fastest you can? Mind you, all you are allowed to bring are clothes and footwear, that's all.' |

Title: Re: Swimmer Post by towr on Sep 5th, 2007, 7:03am [hide]If you have good footwear, there is some chance walking around the lake is the fastest way to get from the southern side to the northern one.[/hide] Or wait till it's frozen, and skate. |

Title: Re: Swimmer Post by Grimbal on Sep 5th, 2007, 7:31am A "beautiful big lake" is likely to have boats on them. So, rent a speed boat. |

Title: Re: Swimmer Post by denis on Sep 5th, 2007, 7:38am I would cross over the lake in a F-16 fighter. Sure beats those speedboats and skaters. (in this case I am not bringing other objects, the F16 is bringing me ;) ) |

Skates is already stretching the "you can bring just your clothes"-clause enough. :P |
