It was an umbrella for Guinness Book of Records. It was the biggest umbrella you have ever seen, carried by Nikolaj Valuev.

The three are all decked out in full rain gear. The umbrella is only because they are also obsessive about keeping dry.

They are astronauts on the space station. The umbrella is actually a satellite dish. Except that from where they are, it is more acurately called a Houston dish. Not in the culinary sense. Even though that would explain why they are fat. Why they want to crow is a mistery. But I digress don't I?

Anyway, with a space suit, how could they get wet? Especially considering that they just fly over the Gobi desert.

If the cooling unit isn't functioning properly, or the catheter slips, they can get quite wet!

If it's at the beach, I bet three fat people sweating would certainly get wet. Why'd they even have an umbrella if it wasn't hot outside?

It was raining and the three people trying to crowd under the umbrella stayed dry because they were successful in their attempt at gettig under the umbrella.

Icarus, dont you think that if they had truly been that obsesive they would all have their own umbrellas?

They could also all be trying to catch it as it falls down.

My answer was tongue-in-cheek. Towr has it right, and I think just about everyone knows it. We're just playing around with alternatives.

Or they had opened the umbrella before going outside and in turn, caused bad luck and stopped the rain. :-/.......it was unlucky because they liked the sound of the rain but they didn't want to get wet and they had soundproof walls so they had to go outside to hear it, also, they didn't have a front porch to sit outside on.
