I don't know the answer to this and found it in a puzzle book so if anyone knows than thanks!
How do you take 1 off 19 and leave 20?

I guess the intended answer is the "usual" one for this type of riddles: [hide]XIX -> XX[/hide].

Roy, this is the second time I am telling you: PLEASE WRITE MEANINGFUL TITLES!

If we allowed it, every other thread on this site would be named something like "Need help". Please title your threads with something that relates to its content. This makes it easier for people to keep track of threads that are interesting to them.

He has a point, Icarus is one of my many favorite riddle solvers. Keep up the great work. ;)
