Just so you know, Lavalas, this is one of the more commonly posted riddles. That is why, rather than making a serious effort to actually solve it as intended, Grimbal, graphia, and honkey-boy, are coming up with alternate solutions. They all already know what the intended answer is, as graphia even hints in one of his answers. |

Kill Himself? Oh that! Don't worry about that he does it every morning. No seriously maybe he's just emo? (I have nothing against emos I simply ask that they don't pretend to be something else. "You know who you are") |

Title: Re: A Mysterious Suicide Post by alien on Jul 21st, 2006, 3:55pm I do know the answer to this, as a lot of other riddlers, but it is a bit unrealistic to me. He [hide]works where he works, (I do not want to say where and spoil the riddle to a newbie) and as far as I know, the light has to be on all night, every night. So how did he manage to forget this, and turn off this particular most important of all lights there, which is quite criminal because of possible consequences? I am guessing he was new, also absent-minded, even though this job requires a rather stable person. But he fixes a sandwich, and then he wakes to a pot of coffee and sits down to read the newspaper. This sounds like his easygoing typical routine, nothing unusual there, unless, of course, the most important thing about his routine, about his job, that is, turning off the wrong light. [/hide] |
