A man is lying DEAD on the ground. He is a FISHERMAN. (one of the very best in the world) There is a scratch on his cheek. Nothing else. What on earth happened?

If it is juss sum dumb reason like oh he tripped and he got scratched then this is dumb, if there is a special reason, that could be found, then this riddle is cool. But i dont know what it is... except possibly

oh yea the answer to the riddle can be a lot i dont know but all i know is what i juss said... it doesnt answer the riddle

Grimbal's response was in reference to the fact that a puzzle has been posted several times before in which the fisherman was killed because he stuck out his hands in the phone booth to describe how big his fish was, but broke the glass walls, cutting himself and resulting in his bleeding to death.

It's possible that Darkportal was intending this same scenario. Unfortunately, he has not returned since posting this last april to indicate yes or no on that response or any other, so we will probably never know what his intention was.

As was everyone else who responded with a guess other than Grimbal. Grimbal was referencing a known puzzle to find out whether this was another occurrence of it. Everyone else was attempting to find an original solution.

We'll never know how smart the fisherman was unless Darkportal finally shows up again.

Ok, the windows were set with explosives, as the farmer talked on the phone, a weird buzz went through. He hanged up and the windows exploded. A velociraptor named Towr took it away.

I don't think he could have died from the scratch on his cheek. It must have been internal, like a heart attack, or drowning.

Towr, was jealous of the fisherman... Bob... who could do everything he couldn't and do everything he could better... Towr sent some of his velociraptor cronies to "VISIT" him while he was calling his wife and friends...
