Two men were sitting in a crowded restaurant. A woman who was a total
stranger to both of them walked in and told them her job. She said nothing
more and they said nothing. What was going on??

The two guys waiting for their business associate Joe see the lovely woman come is, and make some sexist remarks. She approaches them
"Hello. Joe cannot come today, so I'm your contact"

or even

The same setup as before...
"Hello. I'm your new CEO"
