Now this is a really silly one and quite a lot of people know it but i really like it cos i think it funny,

A man goes up to the barman and says:
" The usual, please."
The barman says:
"Ok"
He takes his gun out and shots up into the ceiling.
The man say
"Thanks"
and leaves.

Why/what?

I'll guess, because it sounds similar to one I've heard before.

The man [hide] had the hiccups [/hide] and the bartender shoots to [hide] scare him, an alleged cure. [/hide]

Do you know this riddle- The user can't see it, The buyer can't use it, The user can't buy it. What is the answer, I'm trying to figure this out.

It is a two story building and on occasion he puts his unwelcome drunken guests directly above the same spot so they wont come back, to life that is. He's a mass murderer and him and the bartender are in cahoots. ;)
