That paper is not correct enough to proof the Goldbach conjectureI

The abstract says: "The author has proved that 4 has the specific solution of ?1+1?, and an even number more than 4 has the general solution of ?1+1?."

If he can prove that 1+1 = 4, he can prove anything.
