Title: Re: Reconstruct The Game (Chess) Post by SMQ on Jul 3rd, 2008, 7:08am After a slight misstep in my first attempt, I get: 1. [hide]c4 Nf6[/hide] 2. [hide]Qa4 Ne4[/hide] 3. [hide]Qc6 Nxd2[/hide] 4. [hide]e4 Nb3[/hide] 5. [hide]Bh6 Na6[/hide] 6. [hide]Nd2 Nb4[/hide] 7. [hide]Rc1 Nd5[/hide] 8. [hide]Rc3 Nf6[/hide] 9. [hide]Rf3 Ng8[/hide] 10. [hide]Rf6 Nc5[/hide] 11. [hide]f4 Na6[/hide] 12. [hide]Nf3 Nb8[/hide] [hide]White's moves are primarily forced by the occupation of d2, which also forces black to capture early. Avoiding putting white in check forces the knight-switch for black (which is what I missed on my first attempt).[/hide] --SMQ |

Title: Re: Reconstruct The Game (Chess) Post by SMQ on Nov 26th, 2008, 1:30pm That's 4. ... Nf3+ (white is in check) forcing 5. Kd2 or Ke2 and spoiling the sequence. --SMQ |
