This is a crypto made by "nighthawk" , not the cipher but the crypto message.. i think its "blowfish" crypto.. anyhow.. it says:

"You will need me ;-)"

Followed by the crypto:

Well, in this case, I didn't. That's because neither "nighthawk" nor "blowfish" ring a bell. So I figured my chances are minute, because there aren't any obvious patterns.

Blowfish is just some encryption scheme..
http://www.schneier.com/paper-blowfish-fse.html has a description of the algorithm (among other things)

By the way, i solved it... it was blowfish. You just needed the right tool to decipher the crypto.. :) See my other problems if you like ;)

is this kind of the crypto... anything ring a bell now? :) anyhow.. i just googled for blowfish-cbc and got a program called crypto.zip and that one solved it :)
