Obviously, 2 is not as special as sqrt(2) but iIs sqrt(pi) as special as pi?

You'll have to clarify what special means.
Obviously it's transcendental just like pi. But most numbers are, so that's not so special..

Actually, sqrt(pi) is special in the same ways pi is special itself.

It'd really be a joke if sqrt(pi) would just be a Division...

I know it isn't and that's easily proven:

You can't express Pi as p/q, where p and q are natural numbers. and sqrt(pi) would be sqrt(p)/sqrt(q), so it can't be done :)
