Did anbody get the riddle?

Best I could come up with is to [hide]produce a Tamil document.(Doesn't matter how you get it.)
Give it to man A to translate to English on a piece of paper. Then have man B translate it back. If the original document and man B's translation are the same, they both know Tamil.
If they are different, than give man B's translation to man A to translate to English. If he tries to translate it, then he is a fraud.[/hide]
