Hey, I posted some riddles and some members answered those but I see a thick yellow line hiding the answers. Why is it so? Please help me

You just have to [hide]select them, like you select text[/hide].

LOL. I had the same frustration when I discovered the forum. Perhaps the Remove mask button is more appropriate, like on Moorcock's Miscellany forum. When you press above button the hidden text appears.

Left-click on the yellow bar and drag...just as you would do while selecting text.

Or press ctrl-a to "select all".

People hide their answers so that other people can try to solve the riddle without knowing the answer - the orange block tells you that there's something hidden there - before the hide tags were added, people used to just change font colour to match the background, which meant that people didn't automatically see their answers, but unless there was some indication in their post that there was something hidden, it was easy to miss it.
